Convenient location, close to the train station and tram station. Friendly and helpful staff.- Two nearby eating options - izakaya style eating and okonomiyaki places.

Rooms are not luxurious. Breakfast options were not satisfying, especially the cold eggs and bacon.

Had a fantastic stay over Easter! Great value for money with friendly staff who spoke English. the hotel was conveniently located close to the train and tram stations, making city exploration a breeze. the nearby okonomiyaki places were delicious and provided a true taste of the local cuisine. the room was adequate and the breakfast was decent. the availability of free Wi-Fi was also a huge plus.
